Step 1
Start by taking an A4 paper. One side of my paper is blue-coloured and the other is not. This is only better understand the the different folds. |
Step 2
Having your paper in portrait shape, fold the upper right of the paper down, so that it makes a triangle. |
Step 3
Now unfold it. |
Step 4
Fold the upper left part of the paper down. |
Step 5
Unfold it again. |
Step 6
Where the 2 creases formed join, fold the upper part backwards. |
Step 7
Undo it. |
Step 8
Using the 3 lines on the paper, fold the left and right part "in", with the upper part over them. |
Step 9
Flatten it. |
Step 10
Fold the right wing up. |
Step 11
The left wing too. |
Step 12
Now fold the lower part of the newly formed right triangle so that it joins the center line. |
Step 13
Unfold it! |
Step 14
Fold the upper part of the triangle the same way. |
Step 15
Unfold it again! |
Step 16
This time, take the upper point of the right side and fold it down so that it makes 2 half-triangles. (The image shows it when opened). |
Step 17
Return it like before that last folding. |
Step 18
Use the crease made in step 12, 14 and 16 to fold the right triangle on the center line, with a triangle leveling up in the middle. |
Step 19
So that is looks like this. |
Step 20
Do the same thing as from step 12 to 19 to the left side so that both sides are equal. |
Step 21
Where the 2 center triangles meet, fold the upper part backwards BUT leave the beak-like part "hanging". |
Step 22
Like so. |
Step 23
This is how it looks turned upside-down. |
Step 24
Fold the plane in 2 parts to obtain 2 wings. |
Step 25
Fold the right wing down some point above the center. |
Step 26
Left wing now. |
Step 27
Fold the right wing about at about half-way |
Step 28
Do the same thing for the left. |
Step 29
Unfold the 2 wings. |
Step 30
Now wind up the right wing a little so that if flies better. |
Step 31
Here too. |
Step 32
Here's your plane. |
